WTB 73-79 4x4 project-Baton Rouge
Looking for a 73-79 Ford for a project. 4x4 strongly preferred, 460/429 is perfect, 351/400 is second choice.
Interested in trucks that are in running condition but need some love. No basket cases or rustbuckets please.
Price needs to be around $2,000 or less and should be reasonably close to Baton Rouge.
Thanks

Kentucky sounds a little far, but for the right truck at the right price, ya never know. Please send some pics to dansumrall@hotmail.com. Thanks.

Does it need to be 4x4? I have a 1978 2wd XLT Lariat with a 460, auto tranny that is in great shape only needing little TLC. Solid body with only 76k miles on it. email trapperlonnie@yahoo.com for pics and info it is in Indiana

I've got a '79 F-250 Supercab if you're still looking... It's 460/C6 4x4, red and silver. It needs some work, but it runs and drives and it's a good start. My apologies if you've already found something, I'm trying to get up enough posts to list it.
Thanks,
Kevin

Thanks Kevin-
Since I posted that I have a new job that requires me to travel extensively. I'm going to hold off on the project for a while but I appreciate the response.
