Here's a short video of my exhaust note. I like the way it sounds. Let me know what you think.
Sooner or later I want to put long tube headers and 2-1/2" pipes on it. But that's not a priority at this time.

Yeah haha, it's my first time uploading to YouTube so I thought I'd just make a short vid of something. I'm surprised how well it caught the sound. It's pretty much exactly how it is in real life too. Of course it depends on what kinda speakers you hear it through.

Went very well. My brother and I did the engine swap in one afternoon. Then I fired it up the next morning. Ran great since.

I was very very happy with it. So far I've got about 2,000 miles on it, havent even had to open the hood for anything more than basic maintenance.

I'd like to hear it properly so I'll wait until tonight when I can plumb it into my home stereo and see what it sounds like.

I noticed that if I listen to it through my headphones, the bass roar goes up a lot and makes it sound even louder.

I've got a nice set of Polk speakers with a sub woofer...it should sound great on that.

Yeah that should really get all the sound waves going. I placed the recorder on the concrete under the truck, so there really isn't any distortion or wind noise in the recording. It's pretty much how it really sounds.
