Lights flickering

Hey guys wondering if you all could help me figure this one out. I have a 99 f250 7.3 and when the lights are they are flickering head lights and dash lights both. My batts are less then a year old and alternator is about 8 months old. this is not very noticeable but I can tell and drives me absolutely nuts. Please help me restore my sanity.
Thanks in advance

Could it be a ground from anything or a direct battery ground. I have a feeling it may have something to do with my plow electronics
