Passenger seat belt "frozen" 1991 F150 XLT Lariat
Hey guys-
I don't have many passengers in my truck, so I've no idea how long this has been a problem. Winter has set in around here, and the other day my wife got into the truck with me and when she went to put on her seat belt when she noticed it was "frozen."
It wasn't locked up- the mechanism itself works fine. It looked to me like water had leaked into the cab and then dripped on to the seat belt, then froze. The exposed part of the belt wasn't frozen, it was the unexposed part that was coiled. So when she pulled on the seat belt to latch it, the frozen part was exposed.
I don't know where to check for leaks, please help. Thanks.
