It depends on the year. Mid-Fifty has them for the 53-72 trucks. I'm not sure who, if anyone, makes them for the older models.

EMS makes them. Click on the link: Part # 28. From what I hear, they're not the best fit and some work will be needed to make them right. If your fenders still have the inner brace and some of the bottom lip, I suggest making your own patches.

All of the repro parts warehouses should also carry them. I'm sure that they buy them from EMS.

A fellow FTE member by the name of "reamer" also makes a set, which are a much better fit. You may want to search for this user name and contact him.

If you're talking about "Reamer" from CT, this is his profile:

Reamer's were for the F-2 through F-6 fenders. Although it seemed like everyone who bought Reamer's pieces were very satified with them they won't fit an F-1 fender because the wheel opening is larger. You'd be better off buying from one of the vendors and massaging the piece to fit.

Hey Don,
I've got a 1950 F1 & faced similar problems in finding the patch panels for our '48-'52 trucks. We had both cab corners rotted out & some of the door pillars & sills as well. We ordered in some replacement parts from LMC & another supplier - the angles were all wrong - it would have taken forever to get it right. We then contacted "reamer" from this site because we heard he supplied parts for our years.

His name is Ron - He's a fireman up in Connecticut - He was very easy to work with & he supplied us with both cab corners & he also made us several sill plates after we told him what we were missing. Good guy & he knows our trucks. If you PM me I'll shoot you his email - it's worth a shot to see if he can make what you are looking for. (My truck below).

Hi All
Ben, great to see your truck! Yep still make cab corners, and Bobj, My fender to running board patch can work with the F-1, ya have to cut them vertically and add a straight piece of seet metal to fit the f-1 fender. (the cut and weld is later hidden by the running board) but they will work.
Thanks!
reamer
