The "Last Word" Game
#77
#83
#85
I'm a bit unclear on the rules...
I originally read this to mean that we can do just one of these three things to the previous word (which makes the game much tougher than typical one word games). Or does it mean that we can do any or all of these things to the previous word?
What I'm getting at is....there is no rule that says we can 'change' a letter. But if we can apply more than one of the rules at a time, we can change a letter by applying both rules 1 & 2.
For example:
Playing off one of the previous words - TAKER
Applying rule #1, I could make TAKERS or TANKER
Applying Rule #2, I could make TAKE
Applying both rules #1 and 2 (changing a letter), I could make MAKER or TAKEN
Apply all three and I could make RAKED - would that have been a legal play?
If we can apply two of the rules can we apply all three? Or can we only use one rule at a time - as in no changing letters?
Just curious.......
Answer to current word:
STARKER
1) Add a letter
2) Take away one letter
3) Reverse any two letters
2) Take away one letter
3) Reverse any two letters

STARKER
~NEVER use the same word TWICE!
~It's an instant sign of weakness....
AND YOU MUST
propose a new word, every post
"SPARKER"
*You CANNOT do both at once, or more than one anyway
~I was almost ruined right there...
