Bigger injectors and tuning

My question it to those folks who have bigger injectors and switch chip tuning, (ie. PHP chip or DP chip). When you upgrade from stock AD injectors to say stage 2 or 3 hybrids, and get your chip sent off for the programming modification how do the power levels work?

On my chip now I have stock,40,65,80,100,140. With the bigger injectors how do the chip tuners program the power levels? Does the 140 horse level go away for an "all out" power level or do the levels just increase from the low hp tuning for stock injectors to ie.(modded stock,50,100,150,200hp)? Just bigger values?

Looking for some input.

Thanks

The settings just become a name. The numbers don't relate to the actual output capable of each settings. Depending on the injectors and their tuning, you could stack 50+ more hp to each number.

Take your 140 tune, don't think the tune will give you 140hp because of the tune itself. You can get 140hp+ with that tune if you have the correct compliment of mods to achieve the HP. You may get 90hp or less out of the 140 if you don't have enough air, oil, exhaust, and sensors.
