hi friends...im really frustrated...my husband uninstall the dpf and doc on his truck and bought the bullydog program (no dfp delete kit)...after 1 day the truck start with this bad white smoke, he checked the EGR cooler (lower) and put a new one and the problem continues...then i took it with FORD, they checked it and said the problem is because the CMU wants to do the regen process and doesn't find the DPF and DOC and they said to put everything back (4,000-6000)whatttt???? must be another solution..please help...other friend said could be the injectors...may be $2400...i have read a lot of stuff about this..my question is if we buy the spartan or H&S program with the DPF and EGR delete...would the white smoke stop????

You will get more info on this in the 6.4 forum on this site. There are some really smart guys there that know the ins & outs of those trucks. I think there are a couple in there that have done the dpf delete as well.

 

Yes, put it back to stock to get it to run correctly. Take the bully dog and use a hammer on it.

If you want to delete the DPF then you need a proper programmer to do so.

Spartan, H&S or DPF R+ is what I would advise.

Hope you still have all the parts.

 

tks guys for yours answers...today we are trying to install the muffler and the catalytic back..and uninstall the bullydog...

 

tks...guys...we uninstall the bully dog and install the H&S program and a straight pipe and the truck is working really good..my husband now is happy...no more white smoke.....now...a lot of black smoke...hahaha
