EGR problems ....again!!!

I have an infamous 2004 6.0 liter diesel truck that is having EGR problems again. Has the EGR cooler and oil cooler replaced about 40k miles ago and the EGR cooler is out again. I will not buy anymore ford parts as it seems it is not working. I found an aftermarket cooler on Bulletproof.com. Anyone have any experience with their parts? They offer a lifetime warranty. Please share your thoughts on my issue. Am I going to keep having problems? The truck runs great except for this issue.....please help

I have been reading that the oil cooler is actually what causes the EGR cooler to go out. Is that true? Should I replace the oil cooler as well?

Why not just delete the egr?? solve that problem rather easily? all depends what you want todo and how much you want to sink in it.

What exactly does the delete kit do? I am in California and I think I have to get my truck smogged now. Will it still pass smog?

Hmm, let me look it up real quick. Not sure about that. but bacially it just reoves the egr and changes the connections around and deletes most of the egr system. (new to this so better ask a pro, I just know a few ppl that have and love it.) Also i heard if you "drive it like you stole it" every once in awhile it saves the egr and turbo problems, keeps them cleaned out! just another excuse to drive like we are 16!
