2007 Navigation fan squeak

I think my NAV unit is about to take a crap. There is a constant squeaking coming from the NAV system cooling fan when the ignition is on. Still squeaks when I switch off the display. I was hoping the fan stops running after a set temp. has been reached with the display off but I haven't tried that for any period of time yet.

Can this fan be replaced/serviced?

Took the unit out and apart today. Its not the fan, its the NAV CD. With the CD out it stops, CD in it squeaks.

The CD Player for the NAV looks like a $20 part, its easy to take out of the rest of the case, just a bajillion screws. Anybody know if these can be purchased? The price of the entire unit is just stupid money.
