1941 Graham-Paige Hollywood and 1939/41 Hupp Skylark used the 1936/37 Cord Westchester 'trunk back' 4 dr sedan body shell.

Cords had FWD & Lycoming L-head V8's, Hollywood/Skylark had RWD, L-head I-6's. Hollywood's were available with an optional Supercharger.

There was a Graham 'nut' who had a backyard full of these cars. His run down Victorian mansion was located in the Temple/Beaudry district just west of downtown LA.

In the 1960's, a pal and I cruised alleyways looking in backyards and garages for old rolling piles of misery, spotted these cars, spoke with the owner. Nothing was for sale, all were rust buckets and beat to death.

1961 F100 223 I-6 used Ford-O-Matic / 1961 F100 292 used FX Cruise-O-Matic as did 1962/64 F100 223 I-6 & 292 / 1961/64 F250 223 I-6 and 292 used FX Cruise-O-Matic.

MX Cruise-O wasn't offered in F100/350's until 1965.

At one time the FX was known as the Small Cruise-O, while the MX was known as the Big Cruise-O.

"Top loader" 4 speed introduced in 1964, 1961/63 and some 1964/66's used the Warner T-10 4 speed.

3.03 all syncro 3 speed manual introduced in 1963, initially installed in Galaxies, Fairlane V8's and F100/250's.

The Grahams in Redondo Beach belonged to a guy named Lamb. He sold them all around 1964. There were 9 cars in total, some Hollywoods and some sharknoses.
