Pulling, darting...all over the road

Having some problems with the brakes, when I hit the pedal the truck pulls hard to the drivers side. This has been getting worse the past couple weeks and I'm looking for things I should check. I read that these trucks are bad about the caliper guide pins sticking, but I can't imagine that would make it pull this bad. What else should I be checking? I already know the calipers aren't dragging.

Also just driving around, the truck randomly pulls left or right, and then will drive straight. I know the 35's will follow the road more than the old 33's, but it still seems like its wandering too much. I'm sure I need a new steering stabilizer at 265xxx miles, but what else should I look at? Already verified that the balljoints and unit bearings are good, the tires have no play side to side or up and down. Thanks.

I would take a second look at your ball joints if they haven't been replaced recently. Also check your tie rod ends.

Also, I had a really hard time making sense of your first two sentences, and I don't think I was successful...

I read it as whenever he uses his brakes, the truck pulls to the driver side.

Some clarity would help to move this forward tho.

Looking back I really could have worded that better, but yes, I mean that whenever I use the brakes it pulls hard to the drivers side.

A loose wheel(s) / lugnuts? Easy and cheap to check.

I would put my money on the slide pins being stuck on the passenger side.

You'd be surprised what those pins are capable of causing. It costs nothing but time to grease them. A new stabilizer would probably help as well, running larger tires with one that's shot can cause some unwanted feedback from the road...

Well you guys were right, the guide pins on the pass side were seized in. I had to get a new caliper mount bracket, and that completely fixed the pulling problem.
