if you can deterimine that a 302 fan and clutch and shroud are the same i have them to sell. i have no idea if they are or not but just throwing it out there for you.
I have the fan and clutch you're looking for; if you still need one shoot me a PM. Came off a '96 7.3 PSD has one fan blade that was bent but it has been straightened out and looks just fine now. No dice on the shroud though, that I already sold.

thanks for the replys, been out of state working for the last month, I did find these pieces in mass, guy is on craigslist, and has lots of parts for the powerstrokes
