Yeah those are the exhaust manifolds. One end is blocked off and the front has the tube coming to the tractor mufflers. Its pretty cool for diagnostics and that'd be about it. I checked the accelerator pump and nothing. So I'm getting one on order and hopefully that's it. But the timing/distributor will need some adjusting. I'll report back with my findings. Thanks guys.

You are welcome. It also serves very well to fill carb float bowls and check for seat and needle seal while on bench.
