maybe I'm retarded!!

I might just be dumb! I can't figure out how to post a new thread! But here we go anyway! I got exhaust manifolds that need identification from what I can see they are 88-96 460 manifolds but i need to know if they'll fit my old 460 i have a 73 f250 that might be siting on a later frame or just have a 460 in it. I have exhaust manifold cracks and need cheap fix. I found some manifolds at local muffler shop that have great rep. and are very friendly.....kens muffler in oxnard, ca......... anyway they are rf-e9te-9430-ca for drivers side and rf-e9te-9431-ca for passengers side. Any help much appreciated. I'm new to FTE and still figuring things out!!

E9 manifolds will not fit a carburetor style cylinder head.
The ports are the wrong shape and in the wrong place.

To start a new thread. just go to the sub-forum you'd like to post in (this is the 385 series sub-forum) and look for the blue button that says "New Thread" on the left side above the listing of existing threads.

Dude,
His post is over two years old...

Right now there is a used EFI manifold on Ebay for $45 delivered.

http://www.ebay.com/itm/88-89-90-91-92-FORD-F250-F350-F450-VAN-EXHAUST-MANIFOLD-7-5L-ENGINE-OEM-/350012005651?pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&hash=item517e575d13&vxp=mtr

These manifolds will NOT fit '68-'87 carbureted 385's.
The studs and ports are completely different.
