I'm running the DynaPro ATm's and love them. Something like 40k on them no and they still have plenty of life left... probably 20k or so. I've towed with them (10k+) and they are SUPER quiet on the highway. I have them in 265/75R16 but will go up to 285s next time.
I had two sets of the revo when they first came out and were great tires. I don't know about the revo 2 tire though I can't imagine they are much different.
I have the hankooks on my X and love them. Over 50k miles on them and they actually look pretty good still. My F250 has 40k miles on it's michelins and they are shot!
I had a set of LT265 75 16 Revo 2's on my 99 Suburban and they sucked! After about 2.5 years and 30K miles they were starting to dry rot and were just generally worn out. I really didn't realize it until I put some new BF Goodrich on it but they rode like crap too!
I had the just the Revos, not the 2's, theres a difference in tread patterns between the two. The Bridgestone revos I had back some time wore great, got almost 70,000 but were slicks at that point. I'd get them again...
I have a set of the Hankook Dynapros ATM 10 plys on my work pickup (a half ton) that are over 80,000 miles and tread is still are well above the wear bars, they are really good on snow and decent in mud.
According to my tire shop, the original Revos were 'LT rated' and are no longer available. So, if you are getting 'P rated' passenger tire, but sure you know that.
My brother has a set of the old LT-rated tires on his '98 4Runner and they are wearing like iron. I have a set of Revo II's on my '98 4Runner, and they are wearing very poorly. Not a bad tire as far as traction, etc., but mine will be shot LONG before the 50K wearout warranty. I can't imagine Revo IIs lasting long on an F-series. I specifically bought the 'P-rated' Revo II for a better ride, but I'm disappointed and will probably not buy any Bridgestone again.
Mine have been on for 3 years now and are awesome. I wish I'd have gotten the 285s but it was $200 more AND a few days wait at the time, and I couldn't wait for them (old tires were SHOT and big snow was already falling). You'll love them. I run mine right @ 78psi so my ride is stiff, and dropping to 65ish smooths things out, but I don't mind the stiff ride.
Im getting my dyna pros for $202 a tire. I've been putting off buying tires since I dont drive truck that much thanks to a gas sipping honda. But when I do its loaded for the races or to lowes.
I did not care for the Revos. Been running Yoko,s ats the last couple times and got great mileage out of the first set and looking pretty good on this set as well. 285,s
