Diesel fuel in coolant

On my way home from xmas holidays, noticed diesel smell coming from my truck and after investagation noticed coolant level was chockers..

There's diesel fuel in my coolant, after a bit of research they say my injector caps are cracked (on powerstroke.org) couldnt find anything here via the search bar.

So guru's,are they correct..

*sigh*

Here's a link. Injector Cup R&R - Ford Truck Enthusiasts Forums. RiffRaff has everything you need. it's not hard just time consuming. You should knock it out easily with a little help from your friends.
