Which ballast resistor?

Hey guys, I've got a 302 in my frame and getting closer to starting it up. I bought an 85 mustang distributor, an "accel" coil, stock 85 mustang ignition module, stock starter solenoid....but according to all the diagrams I need a ballast resistor. Which ballast resistor do you guys recommend? All I seem to find are aftermarket resisters and don't know which to choose. I converted this engine from EFI to carb and everyone recommended to go the duraspark II route.

If you do a search you'll find all kinds of confusion, but this post looks right: Duraspark 11 and ballast resistor - Ford Muscle Forums : Ford Muscle Cars Tech Forum

Some of those Fords used a wire to the coil that had higher resistance, i.e. they provided the ballast function. If you snagged the harness from the donor, check that wire with an ohmmeter.
