Suicide Doors

Has anyone ever seen a 57-60 F100 with suicide doors? I have been throwing this idea around in my head here lately and wondered what it would look like. What are some of ya'lls opinions?

I think if a person takes care to make sure everything works together it could look pretty good. So much more goes into suicide doors than just the doors. The paint has to be right it needs a good stance and awesome wheels with a hot motor. I think it could be done right if the person works it all together.
