Okay. So in a few weeks I'm heading to the twin cities (minnesota) for some family stuff. Looking for a few parts I haven't found down where I live in Rockford, il. Figured I might be able to find some up there.

These are for a 55 f100.

-Front and rear bumper and brackets
-Windshield
-Side window glass
-Window channels, trim, in the door window parts
-Tailgate
-Headlights and trim (12 volt)
-12 volt wiring harness
-door locks and latches

to be truefull with you buy new bumbers from somebody like mid fiftys make you own rear bumper brackets new windshield no nicks or chips same with side glass i think mid fiftys has them like 45.00 ea get the kit for the doors with channels and felt tailgates are always beat up used and for not much more you can get a new one used 150.00/200.00 like gold new ones are like 300.00 i got my wiring harness from ez wire for 189.00 plus shipping and thats a 21 circert highlights and trim i bought the 3 bar lights for 39.99 and got new ss trim from mid fitys for like 22.00 each same with door locks w/ign and keys for 55.00 i looked for most of the same stuff that you are and found that mid fiftys people/qualty/and price were as good and better then most of the outher guys have fun

Thanks for the advice. I plan on buying most of my list from mid-fifty. Just wanted to see what people had and was thinking someone may have purchased items for their truck, never used them, and wanted to unload them.

Some of the items however are a couple hundred a piece and I was trying to keep it a low buck build so I think in the end it will be more of a mix and match of new vs used parts to keep it within budget.
