Were can a guy get the replacement rings are what ever I may need to do a rebulid on the pedestal assim? We have 4 trucks that are needing this done... And its winter time, and thats a good time to get em done...

If you're just dealing with oil leaks when cold, you can unplug the EBP sensor at the base of the pedestal so the EBPV stops actuating and leaking oil.
