i'll be danged.it looks like i tried every auto body shop directly around them lol! thank you! i'll give 'em a call this morning.
i don't think there's much i can do though.it's expensive to have just a cab painted these days.looks like its going to cost more than my large dump bed investment! not what i expected at all for just a cab.no wonder hardly anyone has older vehicles repainted.it's just not worth it.im getting so stressed and sick about this.almost ready to just do the whole thing myself.

oooo sounds promising.this guy might be able to help me out.always changes when they see the truck lol.but im getting good vibes over the phone.need to wait a couple hrs before he gets back.oh im crossing my fingers.he just did a 9th gen truck.but finally someone saying replacing a couple cab corners isn't a big deal.i haven't heard that line yet! you might have found me someone who doesn't just do gravy insurance fender bender claims fordjunkie. the welder rental plan for the morning is on pause.

just got back.thank you Newenglandfordjunkie for the recommendation! we struck a deal! my baby is getting painted exactly like i wanted.
still a lot of $ but the best all around vibes from someone so far and and overall price that seems reasonable compared to others.
he's going to make it happen for me.
thanks a mill man! i drove right past them the other day! they need to fix their sign and look more "in business." i thought for sure the place was closed down! all the good quality work going on inside sure shows a different story.

Welp....

Headed down to Danvers MA to Harbor Freight to pick up a Cherry Picker and an Engine Stand.

Hopefully they actually have them (like they said) and they hold them. (Like they said.)

On the road again!

Have a great day all!

That's great. I hope they make you happy. My dad's truck is a 99 and looks like new. He has had rust repair done twice there. I had them paint my ranger and old 92 f150. I am going to try body work myself on my 93 when I can finally find time to get to it.

Yeah, doing some hard-core "preventive maintenance" lol!

Basically, I'm swapping out the PMR's for forged rods in my block, then beefing up the top end in preparation for some bigger sticks. (In the future.)

Anywho....mission successful... although the Maine side of the trip was crappy down and back.

Got a bunch of extra goodies while I was down there.

The 46th Super Bowl will take place on February 5, 2012 at Lucas Oil Stadium. Kickoff is scheduled for 6:30 ET on NBC.
Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show
Madonna, a multi Grammy Award-winning Universal Records recording artist, will perform in the Bridgestone Super Bowl XLVI Halftime Show on NBC on Sunday, Feb. 5, at Lucas Oil Stadium.

Should the Patriots beat the Giants on Sunday, Brady would join Montana and Terry Bradshaw as the only QBs with four Super Bowl rings. Montana believes it will happen, predicting a three-point New England win.
