Before everyone puts their brain in neutral for the weekend, ponder this:

1) Einstein proclaimed that all objects in the universe are always traveling through spacetime at one fixed speed—that of light.
2) Thus light does not get old; a photon that emerged from the big bang is the same age today as it was then. There is no passage of time at light speed.

 

 

Why is Wednesday hump day?

Every day should be hump day!

All Mondays need to be immediately followed by a Friday----no exceptions!

 

I found it easier to retire, all Saturdays are followed by Saturday.

 

My calendar looks a bit different from everyone else's. I don't do Monday, so starting where most folks have Monday my calendar is:

Tuesday Eve,
Tuesday,
Hump Day,
Friday Eve,
Frinally!
Saturday and Sunday remain unchanged.....

 

There is 1 really good thing about Florida's August heat and humidity -- The chances of someone hiding in your car's back seat, waiting for you to return, is zero.

 

AND they'd sweat so much it would fog the windows----a sure sign a miscreant was lurking back there.

 

Rule # 1 ; leave the windows cracked open in a really junk car you keep in the parking lot when you get off work every afternoon.

 

Sunny, Hot, very humid this morning.
