You're looking at why so many people have dash cams, that guy is clearly trying to get hit so he can get a payday.

 

 

Probably get paid anyway. I'd have thought about running him over after he fell in front of the vehicle and then stop on top of him while he was between the front and back wheels.

Might as well make an honest man out of him, right?








A joke of course, but I probably would have thought about it. Maybe getting out with a can of mace and missing a couple of times on purpose while shouting I'm going to mace you would be a better tactic. Make him run off before he can file a claim.
