The sledge hammer method is scary as %#*+ and hope I never have a reason to do it again, The one that's down was Clay block and the concrete stave silo was next....



Dug a insanely deep hole with an old Case dozer and this is what it looked like with two silos, a hog finishing building and a concrete pig feeding floor shoved in it before I covered it up with dirt.

That looks tasty! It has been a long time since I made chicken on the grill. Will have to do that soon!

that would work too. especially if a 50 cal mini gun is used.

i take it that silo was being loaded when it collapsed?
did they ever determine what cause it to come down?

They probably stopped loading when that bulge was spotted. A broken stay or rotted stave/staves would make a failure like that.
