Need 71 Chicago Crew Cab checked out

Im looking at buying a 71 F250 Crew Cab around Chicago. Would anyone be able to help me out and give it a look and let me know what you see?

I'll find out. Body is my biggest concern as mechanics I can handle for the most part. But all insight would be helpful.
