Anyone else staying home tonight?

My wife's working in the E.R. tonight so it's me, my kids, and my GSD. It's gonna be quiet which I'm fine with. Seems like 'just another night'. Hell, I'll probably be asleep by 11:00 .

Anyway, Happy New Year everyone!! :

I always stay up.

Me and my beautiful, blushing bride are babysitting out granddaughter so my daughter and her husband can go out.

Staying home to keep an eye on the fort. Never know when and where a fire might start. Same with July 4th.

I wish I was staying home, they are having a party there!
I get to enjoy 12 fun filled hours (6PM-6AM) working the control console for 4 process units in an oil refinery. By the end of my shift I should have produced 2,373,000 gallons of diesel, that should quench some PSD thirst next week! I will also pretreat just over half a million gallons of gas too, that should cover what my V-10 will use in 2012 with maybe a couple of gallons left over.....
My wife and son have some folks over for the big ball drop. They are all crashing at our place so when I get home I get to wake up a couple of tired moms and 8 or 9 teens for a nice early breakfast!

Happy New Year everyone!

We joined 2 other couples this evening for the 'early seating' - that's code for 'eat with all the 70 yr olds' this evening. Back home by 9pm before all the crazies get out. Now watching 'Avatar'. Woohoo, another wild New Years eve!
