I have a Sinister EGR delete kit in my truck and i want to install a pyro probe. Is there a plate that i can tap a hole, or do i have to go pre-turbo?

The EGR delete doesn't change anything WRT an EGT pyro. Most are installed in the exhaust manifold. On the drivers side, rear of the manifold, right at the elbow bend. Usually you will tap 1/8" NPT threads. Unless you want a clamp-on, or post turbo, or whatever.
