I apologize if this type of thread is not allowed, but I just wanted to pay my respects to Johnny Langton who passed away yesterday afternoon. An avid Ford car and truck enthusiast, and a friend of mine who inspired me to try to make my car as fast as his. RIP.

Johnny was a regular on here too! I'm sorry to hear about his accident. He will be greatly missed.

I see it happened in front of a Ford dealer, quite ironic.

I had numerous thread exchanges with Johnny and I benefited each time. Thoughts and prayers to his family.

 

The pics from the scene are horrific. Prayers go out for his family and friends. Sounds like a great guy who will be missed by many.

 

Way too young...I will be thinking of his family and friends!! Raise a glass and celebrate his life, Don't mourn his passing!!

Johnny and I have had numerous conversations on FTE over the last 3 or 4 years, and he was clearly one of the most knowledgeable people on here regarding the Modular engines. I considered him a friend, and news of this really hits hard for me.

Prayers are going out to his family...rest in peace, Johnny.

 

Wow... I don't recall ever dealing with him here but still... wow... 5 yrs younger than me... Rest In Peace Johnny, sounds like you were a heck of a guy and will be sorely missed.

 

Man I hate to hear that. He was truly one of the most knowledgeable people I ever had the privilege of knowing, even if only online. Terrible news to end 2011 on. RIP...
