Harley 5.4 vs. SVT 5.4

What is the difference between the Harley 5.4 SC and the SVT 5.4 SC? What modification can I do to have the same Horsepower rating in the Harley?

The HD has different pully's. A lot off owners change there lowere pully to get more HP. Check out http://www.nhtoc.com a site dedicated to the HD F150.
