Light load cam snap ring size?

Any of you machinist types know the size of the snap rings that hold the pin through the light load cam?
Per Macrobbs instructions I used that to adjust my timing and it's working well and fun to play with-- but I lost one of the snap rings.
Also...best way to NOT lose them? They aren't the easiest little buggers to hold on to.

See about getting a clip assortment from Harbor Freight...

BTW, if you take a standard allen wrench and cut off the short end to about 1/2" total length(with a angle grinder/cutoff wheel), you can get it down in there and adjust the screw with the arm in place.

Right but I was thinking the specifics bin at NAPA. Oh well.

As for the shorty allen, thought of that just hadn't gotten there yet. Moved into our first house in Oct and it's been kinda crazy before and after. Also have a 16-month-old running around and the wife and I work full-time!

Some strategically placed magnets may catch the clip as it flies by.

Not a bad idea actually... Or if the pin has a little iron just put a rare earth magnet on one end of it. I just so happen to have said magnet
