I am sorry if this has been asked before I cannot find a definitive answer. I have 2000 F250 4 door 4x4 I am thinking of putting 2005 Head lights on the truck and a 2005-2007 Grill. Can I take the header out of the truck and install one from a 2005 as I think it bolts right in and put a grill and the headlights in with the 2000 Bumper. That way I do not have to cut anything? I can use the header in my truck and put into my wife's excursion if that is the case as hers is damaged.

 

Yes but you still have to cut the bottom of the grill off and fab up some clips where it snaps in on the bottom. The bumpers are different where the grill meets them.

If you swap on a 05 bumper assembly it's will all be 100% bolt on no cutting required. I did the complete 05 front end on mine.
