68 f100 390 starter troubles

ive got a 390 in my f100, wen i turn the key to start it, the starter turns the motor over, but i here a grinding/ripping sound, i only here it wen the starter is cranking.
i replaced the starter and solinoid 2 months ago, then a month ago, i shattered the spindle on the new starter, so i got a nother starter, sence then, i have been hereing this sound, is it bad? wat could it be? and how would i fix it, if you need, i can upload an audio file of the sound.

starter noise

Sir, Either the starter drive is going in too deep, and the overrunning clutch is dragging on the flywheel or the starter is not centered .There was 2 different starter noses that ford used. The smaller one is about 1/8 th of an inch smaller which was for marine engines, you need to remove the starter and compare the hole in the dust shield to the centering ring on the starter, sometimes the rebuilder will mix them up. starter problem

Sir ,where the starter mounts to the dust shield is where you need to check, with the bolts removed make sure the starter cannot move from side to side when holding it against the dust shield. Kenny nunez

Does it have any noticable vibrations or signs of unbalancing possibly worn damaged flywheel can you take inspection cover off and take a look around inside the housing did it just start after you replaced the starter?
