I like the belled holes over the radiator, nice well thoght out details and factory like details. And i totally agree with the wiring celebration. Your thinking outside the box, I like it. John

Clearly, you're having way too much fun.

How did you fashion those "bellied-out" holes in the radiator support... there must be a die and press involved, right?

They are generally called flanged holes. They add stiffness to a panel by putting some material "out of plane".

You can buy flanged hole knockout punches. I did not use a press, just a ratchet to turn the bolt which pulls the two parts of the punches together.

Mittler Bros. is one online source for them.

The original work on the frame, including the custom built control arms, were done by a shop in Nor.Cal. which is known for truck arms. Some stuff was done well, a lot of other stuff I am re-doing.
