Current wait time for a 2012 Explorer?

I just ordered a 2012 Explorer XLT AWD last wk., 205A,MoonRoof,TrailerTow.
No Navigation, anyone know the current wait time for delivery to Michigan.
Thanks for any info.

I believe Explorer's have been on the higher side for lead time, 10 - 14 weeks. The bigger question is will it even get scheduled before model year balance out considering it was pretty much put in at the last minute. Last week they were pretty much squeezing in the last few and on the verge of balance out. Demand will exceed production capability for the model year and at least some orders will be canceled...

I did receive a vin # on my order, no production date however! Not sure if getting a vin. # means it will be built?

Explorer delivered today, total time from order to delivery, 7 1/2 weeks, not bad! Love it!
