6.0 head studs

i have an 04 6.0L and im doing head studs and gaskets... i was told that after i get the heads torqued down properly and drive it like 500 miles... is it recommended to re-torque the studs to the proper torque??

Heard it before... yes.
Never heard of anyone doing it to their 6.0L's.
I torqued mine to spec, and never touched them after.
