1991 F250 should I buy it or not

The truck is already started to be parted out and would only be for parts/scrap. Bed is good (8ft dual tanks) front fenders look show room new, same for whole front end. standard size cab(interior ripped apart, seat already gone), 302 5 speed 4x4, whole drive line is still there, not sure if any of it is good, frame and suspension are completely shot though, not sure about what the axles are or what condition they are in.

The lady wants $500 out of it, bed is probably worth $350 fenders worth 40-50 each, doors are probably worthless because they are all dented in. I dont know what I could do with the driveline to see if its any good, tranny still shifts though but linkage for transfer case has been torn out.

I might keep the front end and fenders for myself, sell the hood, and driveline and possibly sell the axles or keep them for my truck or a mud truck, and sell the bed if I bought the whole thing.

I told the lady i could take the bed off for her for her to sell and she wants 300 for the rest of the truck, I'm thinking more like 100-150 tops so I can make some profit.

I want to find out what the axle code means first, any thoughts?

I would just for spare parts that you may need. not a bad deal if you can get it for under 200.

That sounds like a good deal. You should be able to sell that 302 for a few hundred, thats less then a core charge for a reman. If you have the room, I would def go for it. You can make you're money back parting it out, and then scrap whats left after awhile.

I think its a good deal too, I just have to figure out where to put it all.

I tried looking up the axle codes on here but couldn't find them, can someone tell me them again?
