Current Tide Display for Pismo Beach, California

 

Never tried setting up a gtg before, and I am sure you have set many, so I will defer to your vast experience in these things. Joe was originally trying to set this up, but it seems RL is getting in the way for him, so I decided to try my hand at it. So we will aim for the 4th of February. If anyone needs to request that day off now is the time.

Has anybody heard from Joe lately? I know his brother was having health problems, right?

 

I tried calling him, but got his machine. I asked him to post up or call me to let me know what is going on. Haven't seen a post by him lately. I will call again tomorrow and see if I can reach him.

Talked to Joe today, and he is back up in the bay area. The doctors found a new tumor or something above the old one, and he went back in for more testing. I told Joe about the Pismo gtg and the date, and he said he should be able to make it. One of our Nor Cal members asked where we should meet in Pismo, and since I have never been there, I figured I would ask the So-Cal folks where a good place to meet would be?

Well, if you're just going for the day, Post 2 would be a good place. That's where the "offroad" portion starts, there's a trailer and a quad rental place right there.

From the gate to Post 2 is day use, beach activities only. Post 2 through 6 are for camping and off roading.

You can loosely count me in. I'll have to see how the 4th pencils out... going to be an interesting begining of the year full of big changes

 

How cool is this I promised Sean a ride in my buggy, I doubt it will be done by then but there is always the spare! I have a few toys I can bring but not sure if my trailer will be finished by then either. " still trying to recover from my wedding"

Maybe between Trey and I we can lug them in the back of our beds ?

 

I'll bring chips, and dip, and some generic sodas. Joe F350 is down for it too, but says he needs to get his truck running. And right now the Bronco is not running Well, actually it is not starting. Hopefully, one or the other of us can get one of these beasts going.
