I just purchased my first lightning and when driving home it would stumble bad from 3/4 to WOT. it idles fine and up to 1/2 throttle is fine. it has CAI and after market exhaust. has 100,000 miles. also when i was full throttle the boost gauge would go way past 10 psi, it would bury the needle. it was 25 degres today. this is my first supercharged car. were do i start? not sure what was done to it before i bought it besides the intake and exhaust. Hepl i am afraid of blowing something up.
Yeah,
stop running it so hard in 25* temps if you don't want to blow it up!
Find out if there are any pulley mods or tuning mods and start with a good custom tune.

Like phil said, dont be goin WOT in 25 degree weather...And when you go WOT,have the overdrive turned off also.Seeing that it has 100k,you should pull the intercooler, clean it and put some fresh plugs in it.
Sounds like it may have a lower pulley on it also..Id try to find out info from the last owner so you can know what all has been done to it...More background info will be better for you in the long run
