Just got my truck back from the dealer. 2007 Harley-Davidson F150 AWD. I took it in because I saw that the front axle seal was leaking on the passenger side. Turns out that both sides were leaking. Luckily I still have a few months left on the power train warranty. Only about 60000 km on the truck.

Common issue? The dealer didn't seem to think so. Is the HD F150 different then the other models for the front diff setup? I ask as the dealer had to call Ford to find out how to remove the axles...

Oh well at least it is fixed for free and now I have fresh fluid in the front diff!
