I just did the upgrade. I didn't take anything off to get it done. Would have been better if it wasn't hot. Just got back from a test drive. It use to be sluggish off the line now it takes off like a bat out of heL$. It did look like it had a very slight leak from the cap seal before I got started. Strange part is before this the highest my boost has ever been (had for one year) was 20 now it went up to 30.

Thanks for the info. I will keep an eye on it. After posting I went out for about an hour drive and couldn't get it back up to 30. Factory gauge was center between 20 and 30 so I figure about 25 but will be putting the code in the scanguage to monitor it.

That is about the only factory gauge that is accurate, I put in An autometer boost guage plumbed right into the intake elbow, it is dead nuts what the factory gauge shows. It is just hard to watch peak boost when at wot. You almost need a "bitchin betty". Lol I could have sworn my old turbo was north of 34 psi when towing my TT to the keys. But I was to busy trying to merge into traffic to monitor it.

blue spring pressure to high
I just installed my blue spring cause my bullydog was saying it was at around 4200 psi now with blue spring its idling at 8000 psi and with a rev up to 12 and 15k psi. I know that is way way over what is safe. I don't know why the fuel pressure is so high. Any tips and suggestions. Sorry I'm new here and don't want to cause myself more problems.

The ICP sensor output (injection control pressure) is a measure of the high pressure oil pressure. It goes up to 4000 psi. It has nothing to do with the blue spring or the fuel pressure feeding the injectors. There is no way to measure the fuel pressure in the injector. The fuel pressure at the injector tip can be as high as 28,000 psi because of a 7:1 intensifier piston acted upon by the high pressure oil system.
