I have a 95 and I had to pull the oil cooler off. Thanks to the help of some of you on the forum i foundout that on the 95 the oil pressure relief valve is staked in and notorious for falling out. My question is, if anyone knows much about how this thing actually works. I have asked around town about just plugging it off. I have received mixed opinions on this and am just wondering if anyone has tried this before. I am not worried about my filter getting clogged as I change my oil regularly. Any help is greatly appreciated, I am just trying to save a little money before the holidays. thank you much.

 

I dont' think I'd advise to plug it off.
