Softer springs for an f350

My 1995 F350 currently rides on Skyjacker "Softride" springs, 6" lift. It's got a 460 and manual tranny, 36 Mickeys. The kit must have been made for a diesel because I've already removed 2 front leaves and this thing is still beating the crap out of me. I've gone to Bilsteins in the front with slight improvement. When I put all my weight (235 lbs) on the front bumper the springs don't even compress. I seldom carry any cargo.

My question is this- To maintain the current roughly 4" inches of lift, what other springs could I use to soften up the ride? Forget Skyjacker, and Superlift superide are on backorder until like March. What else will work? I'd use 1/2 ton springs if they would fit. Anybody have any suggestions?

Thanks

I am sorry, but that is what you get when you have a 1 ton. No less a lifted one. IF you dont like , go buy a F150

Shackle reversal and a set of deavers or national springs.

Definately more expensive but ride is nite and day.
Pulled off skyjackers off my 93 and installed nationals. Ride change going over speed bumps is smoother then my half ton.

Thanks- I should have mentioned that I have shackle reversal, Sky Offroad kit. I will look into National springs, not familiar with them.

I specifically bought this 1-ton brand new, for the strength of the axles and frame. I could have bought a 1/2 ton but I've owned them in the past and their car-strength running gear is not for me.
