Minor progress.....

Got the white bedliner finish on the engine cover pieces.
Made an air deflector for the radiator.
Also playing around with mirror ideas.....

Thank you mods/FTE for fixing the picture problem!

Scott i looked all thru my parts and on each truck and none of them have that hinge mirror piece. was that a special order item or just on certain years. It seems 2 of mine had west coast style and 1 has clip small mirrors.

It may not even be a factory part......anyhow I ended up just making another one from some flat stock.
Thanks a lot for looking though....

Hood is ON!!!!!! Sure makes it look more finished.....

For the hood side trim, I had to ruin one '52 center spear and cut down some '51 deluxe trim to get there. Ouch.
Turn signals mounted and working....

Man that's starting to look like a truck. Do you have a flatdeck for the rear already or what are your plans.

For me, a script stakebed that says 'ford' on the back just says F-O-R-D. No interest whatsoever in dodge and chevy. Ok I have had some old landcruisers and yes they are japanese, but they grind their way out of some amazing s#i^, and I grew up around them. But you don't see me buying any more cruisers. Looks ford from here on out...... I wish I wasn't so hyped up when I was in your neighborhood. I will see you next time. Damn patriots anyhow.

Yeah, my dad always had Ford trucks on the farm, but there are many other old rigs I like too.
My project list includes a '56 Stude PU, '34 Plymouth, '23 Overland among others.

Those Seahawks blew it. Period.
