Ahh... who better to represent us than our own "Big Gun". Congratulations, 'fenders... well deserved recognition. Best. Himmelberg

Would this award have anything to do with fenders artillery barrage and the fact that he has more shells in his garage? LOL.... Seriously fenders, it's great to have our section represented by one of the true rocks of the forum.

Way to go

Hands

So, which days and times this week do you have still open for rides? My understanding is that the "Ride of the Week" has to give free rides to any and all FTE'rs.

Oh, and of course, he/she has to pick up and drop off as part of the break-in process for his/her ride.

Congratulations

guess I've got to start cutting you some slack on the amount of airspace in your engine compartment...since you're this weeks celeb... and also since you have all that ordinance in the garage...

gud job buddy !!! nobody deserves it more

much more recognition and you'll be as cool as me !!

BTW I was nominated and received 'honorable mention' in the catagory of 'best collection of parts bought, installed and removed' by the Jefferson County Association of Salvage Yard Operators... a very prestigeous award here locally...

john ( too cool to do it like you... right the first time )

Thanks for the heads-up Carlene.

Way to Go 'fenders!

That's a well deserved recognition, but does this mean we have to treat you with more respect, sir?

Heck, I never knew they had a ROTW section.

A worthy selection.

Hey Carl -

I didn't think that you guys left the security of the '48 to '60 forum much, that's why I posted the link.

I figured this would give you a good "All Hail Fenders" for the week anyway.

All

I don't deserve such a prestigious award. I’m at a loss for words. OK, maybe not.

First I’d like to thank the academy (FTE) and my FTE buddies (both of them), the APA and Pfizer Pharmaceutical. All the girls at Billie Rae’s and of course, my daughter for not burning the house down when I am under the truck while my wife works second shift.

Thanks to George, RMF, MT and countless others here for their ability to take a good ePunch. Himmel for his undying efforts to teach Southerners the Queens English, ‘rage the Ford **** for law and order. Thanks to the Canadians, Germans, Rebels and other foreigners who make this place fun. And even grouchy Carl, who I am quite certain is green, furry and stands in a trash can when he posts. “Taking him off ignore now so I can try to keep him in line.”

And a special thanks to Kenny and Carl for always being nice to everyone here.

The 101st Airborne, 3d Infantry DIV for making it possible for my favorite celebrities to voice their stupid opinions. And the 1st Marines for showcasing my favorite Howitzer, the M198. HOOOOOOAAAAAAAAH!!!!!!

And in accordance with 48-60 forum rules. I’d like to thank Famous Johnny N. , who’s fine website encouraged me to embark on this crusade for coolness and poverty. Following that Blue Oval Light………….

Guess this means I have to update my webpage tonight.

'fenders,

We're not worthy, we're not worthy!

Could I get your autograph?

Make the first one out to "RMF, my dearest friend and one of the coolest guys I've ever met"

Make the second one out as " 'fenders, with regards" (without any personalisation, I'll be able to sell it on ebay easier.)
