100% original. Rust free Nevada truck with clear NV title. Have side and rear glass. This is a longbed truck, but I also have a shortbed for sale if one wished to make a SWB truck. No motor or trans...have those available as well. Thanks.
Hi Bill,
That truck is still available. It belongs to a friend of mine. His name is Smitty and his number is 775-751-8571 if you think you might like to contact him directly. The truck is in Southern Nevada. I have more photos available. If you call Smitty, be sure to leave a message--he's usually out working in the yard welding or mechanicing on something. Good Luck,
Doug

Thanks, I have a 53 longbed and just powder coated my TCI frame. The Bed I have is prefect and after market (from the prior owner) and is 90 inches long??? Don't know who made it but I trying to find a longbed and doors for the frame. Have any idea if anyone makes a longbed box?
Hmmm...don't know of anyone making an aftermarket bed. Pretty sure Smitty won't part that one. I made a mistake on the ad though, it has a 4-speed in it. But that's beside the point. Where do you live? There's a good chance I could find rust free parts for you.

Doug, not looking to buy just the parts. I need the doors, cab and bed. My doors looked good but once stripped they were filled with bondo. I am taking this to the next level and want to do this right. I live near Fayetteville NC, (fort Bragg reitred Air Force). I'm more concerned witht he shipping cost as the best I've had yet is $1510.00 to get it here. Thanks again.
This is the new frame from TCI and the engine my son built while I was in Afghanistan for a year. This waas not the plan but the old 69 GMC truck front frame welded to the original 53 rear just would not work. The truck was in very nice condition before I started and this is how it looks now.
Doug, the truck is here and is in better shape than I had expected. the body will move to the TCI frame and I will have close to a full body left over to either sell or make into another truck. thanks for all the help. And the shipping company is out of NC and it was only $900 to get it all the way here. bill
Great news Bill. Sounds like you can recoup your shipping cost with the sale of extra body parts too...that was a really good delivery price! Glad you're happy and looking forward to photos of the finished product!
