They have been in there a long time, and since you are there?

My orange hose wasn't even leaking when I decided to just go a head and prevent a problem later.

Call Tousley Ford and give them these part #s and see what they charge.

my orange hose outlasted my head gaskets lol 150,000 miles then deleted no leaks.

Thanks to yall i am doing the repair this weekend. Yes x mas weekend lol that is ok i aint got nothing to do anyways. have a marry christmas to all. thank you so much for the help. Oh i found the ford dealer here is selling the hose for 40 so i guess i will go with that

ok so i removed that cover next to the egr hose.... now what?? i do not want to be prying on **** and break it. Do i have to remove the deal the hose is connected to?? then pull the hose off? pleas help lol i feel stupid

I don't know about yours. But the blue one on my 05 requires you to turn the hose to the metal part has a flat spot on it to the mark then pull to the front and then to the rear to release it.

it should come stright up, the oil cooler gasket is holding that piece on. pm me your email address

this is where i could get the best leverage, lol i know im cheating


it looks like this when off, it has a gasket on the cover so don't loose it

when reinstalling it placefitting back on to the oil cooler place the cover on , make sure the gasket is on it, and then torque them down to 89lb-in or 10nm

how am i suppose to pry there when the other **** is in the way it is still on the motor

i tried other ways but i dun have the muscle to pull hard enough i guess lol
