What to do with my mirrors?

The black plastic portion of my mirrors has gotten faded & chalky looking in the Colorado sun. Any ideas for an easy & cheap fix?

Thanks for the ideas-I'll probably give the Mothers or Meguiars product a try, and if that doesn't work I'll have to paint.
