I beam Differences

As of late I have been having a hell of a time getting my 1992 ford bronco aligned. I think the reasoning behind this is because when i gave my bronco a pro comp 4" inch lift I mismatched some front end pieces, the I beam arms are from a 1980 f-150 and the knuckles are from my 1992 bronco. I have done as much research as possible and have not been able to see if ford changes the geometry of the ball joint mounting holes from 1980 till 1992. I have a 4 inch lift with extended radius arms. My alignment shop put in 2 and a half degree shims to align it on the top ball joints. The ball joints look to be really stressed and i have a feeling they wont last very long.

So does anyone know if there are geometry differences between 1980 I beams and 1992 I beams? I may have to pick up some 1992 I beams.

I thought 80 had king pins, or was that just the bigger ones (I'm mainly into F250/F350).

I guess I would be talking about dana 44 I beams for the 150's and bronco's. The dana 44 I beams all came will ball joints I believe and never had kingpin's.

I did some more research and it seems that the 4x4 I beam's did dont change from 1980 all the way till 1996. Now the new question is did the knuckles change at all? Besides the brake mounting assembly.
