i just poked the schrader valve, fuel just dribbled out a bit, not a flow or no pray is this normal or low?

 

That is not good! I suggest that you replace your fuel filter and if it does not have about 35psi the fuel pump may have gone bad.

 

i tested the valve without anyone cranking it, wonder if that makes a differences, i would turn the key a few times, and then push the valve and dribble, none the less its started, i have a ford fuel filter in tow and its off to a shop

 

Cycling the key will run the pump. If there is no pressure then pump is suspect.
